Understand your rights and obligations while using Paycircle’s services

The Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use contained hereinafter (“Terms”) shall apply to the users of the website https://paycircle.in, Paycircle’s web applications and any other linked pages, products, software’s, API(s), features, content or application services (“Services”) in connection therewith offered from time to time (collectively referred to as “Platform”/ “Website”) by Unibeck Private Limited (“Paycircle”, or “we” or “our” or “us”) Any individual or business (“you” or “Merchant”), logging in to or using the Website (even when such person does not avail of any services provided in the Website) shall be presumed to have read and unconditionally and irrevocably accepted the Terms set herein for usage of Services of Paycircle. By continuing to use the Website, you are legally bound by these Terms and if you do not agree to any of the conditions listed below then please do not use the platform or Services of Paycircle any further. The purpose of these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning assigned under this article.

  • “Platform” refers to Paycircle's website, dashboard, APIs, and services.
  • "Merchant"means any individual or entity using Paycircle’s services for accepting or making payments.
  • “User” means any individual or business accessing or using Paycircle’s services.
  • “Services” refers to all payment gateway, pay-in/payout, reconciliation, and value-added solutions provided by Paycircle.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration data and maintain its accuracy.
  • You will safeguard your login credentials and API keys and report any misuse immediately.
  • You will not use the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or prohibited industries.

Paycircle collects user and transaction data solely for service delivery and compliance. All data is stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.

All users must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents may include PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, and proof of business.

Our APIs must be used strictly as per documentation. Abuse, unauthorized modifications, or spamming APIs will result in suspension and legal consequences.

Payouts are made as per T+0/T+1 terms defined during onboarding. Delays caused by banks or regulatory checks are not under our control. Paycircle reserves the right to hold funds under suspicion.

Refund requests must be initiated by the merchant. Paycircle only acts as an intermediary. Chargebacks, disputes, and resolution are handled per RBI and card network guidelines.

All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are PCI-DSS certified and comply with ISO/IEC 27001 standards for information security management.

In no event shall Paycircle be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

This agreement shall be governed by Indian law. Disputes will be settled through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

To access Paycircle services, you must be:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
  • Authorized to represent the business or organization you register on behalf of.
Businesses must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including valid PAN, GST, bank account details, and company registration proof, to activate financial services.

Paycircle provides developer-friendly REST APIs and SDKs. You must:
  • Ensure integration as per documentation without tampering with the API flow.
  • Encrypt and secure API credentials and access tokens at all times.
  • Avoid any activity that causes system degradation or affects platform availability.
Any abuse or misuse of APIs will lead to immediate suspension and may involve legal action.

Paycircle complies with applicable regulations including RBI guidelines, Income Tax Act provisions, and anti-money laundering rules. You are responsible for:
  • Ensuring that your business model and operations comply with Indian law.
  • Timely filing of tax and compliance reports as required under GST or TDS rules.
  • Not facilitating prohibited or blacklisted entities or industries.

In the event of a dispute between a merchant and Paycircle:
  • Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation.
  • If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and held in Chennai, India.

Grievances

Any complaints or concerns with regards to content of this Website or comment or breach of these Terms of Use or any intellectual property of any User, instances of customer grievances, regulatory queries and clarifications shall be informed/communicated to the Grievance cum Nodal Officer at the coordinates mentioned below in writing:
